It is the member's responsibility to keep their password and login details confidential. If login credentials are shared with a third party, or if unauthorised access to the account is suspected, ck44's support team must be notified immediately. The member is responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.

3.1 Deposits

A 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available on your first deposit at ck44. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 15 times — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

4.2 General Terms for Other Bonuses

Each bonus offer on ck44 has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and eligibility rules. A bonus may only be used for the purpose for which it was given.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; winnings from a bonus only become withdrawable once the wagering requirements have been met.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active — unless the terms explicitly state otherwise.
• If ck44 suspects that a bonus is being abused in a strategic manner, it reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus expires; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

4.3 VIP Membership and Cashback

The ck44 VIP programme has three levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each level offers a weekly cashback calculated as a percentage of the week's total net losses. The maximum cashback is 0.4% at Bronze level, 0.8% at Silver level, and 1.2% at Gold level. Members can move up to a higher level based on regular activity.

5.1 Betting Limits and Controls

ck44 may set minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game and event. These limits may change depending on the time and circumstances, and will be displayed on the relevant page.

• Any bet placed after the outcome of an event has been confirmed will be considered void.
• ck44 reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical errors or incorrectly displayed odds on sporting results.
• For multi-bets combining several selections, if one selection is voided, the odds will be recalculated using the remaining selections.
• ck44 is not responsible for discrepancies caused by technical delays in live betting.
